Im Oktober/November 2022 hatte ich im Auftrag der GIZ die wunderbare Aufgabe kambodschanische Unternehmerinnen zu coachen. Zum einen Frauen der CWEA- Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association- zum anderen Frauen aus dem Bereich der öffentlichen Verwaltungen.
 
Neben Einzelcoachings konnte ich Workshops geben, in denen ich den Frauen alltägliche Tipps zur Stärkung ihrer eigenen Person geben konnte. Alltagstaugliches Female Empowerment sozusagen.
 
Mein Dank geht mit größtem Respekt an all die Frauen, die ich kennenlernen durfte und mit denen ich arbeiten durfte. Welche Kraft und Ideen Ihr alle habt, trotz permanenter Doppelbelastung durch die private Situation. Und welche Stärke Euch auch von Covid 19 nicht unterkriegen hat lassen.
Danke an Eure Offenheit, Ehrlichkeit und die herzliche Atmosphäre, die Ihr mir gegeben habt.
 
Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Marie Hoffmann, meine GIZ-Ansprechpartnerin, für Angkor Vat, viele schöne Aktionen und die unglaublich inspirierenden Gespräche.
 
Danke für die wunderbaren Rückmeldungen, die mich so berührt haben und mich in meinem Tun als Coach bestärkt haben.
 
Und das Schönste kommt bekanntlich zum Schluss. Auch in 2023 darf ich weiter mit Euch allen arbeiten und ich freue mich schon sehr darauf. So see you soon Ladies.

Coaching in Cambodia
 
In October/November 2022 I had the wonderful task of coaching Cambodian women entrepreneurs on behalf of GIZ. On the one hand, women from the CWEA - Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association - and on the other hand, women from the public administration sector.
 
In addition to one-to-one coaching, I was able to give workshops where I could give the women everyday tips on how to empower themselves. Everyday female empowerment, so to speak.
 
My thanks go with the greatest respect to all the women I was able to meet and work with. What strength and ideas you all have, despite the permanent double burden of your private situation. And what strength you have not let Covid 19 get you down. Thank you for your openness, honesty and the warm atmosphere you gave me.
 
A very special thank you goes to Marie Hoffmann, my GIZ contact person for Angkor Vat, for many wonderful activities and the incredibly inspiring conversations.
 
Thank you for the wonderful feedback that touched me so much and encouraged me in my work as a coach.
